We only ship to the USA contiguous 48 states. We use Federal Express ground. Shipping is free at the time of the order but if you return the item we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund. Orders under $50 will be subject to a $7.95 order-processing fee.

Defective Items or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If you receive an item that is "Dead on Arrival", or we sent you a different product than you ordered you must contact us within 2 weeks. Dead on Arrival is an item that you received in a non-working condition. Please contact us so we can send you a pre-paid shipping label. To expedite this we will create a new order for you and charge you for the item. With the replacement item we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. A full refund for the defective item will be given when we receive it. Items after 2 weeks will be considered a Manufactures Warranty and should be directed to them. Returns For Refund

Within 30 days of receiving your package all new items can be returned for a FULL REFUND (less our shipping cost). New items are defined as something that you did not use, has all original packaging, warranty cards, everything that you received with the item, and can be sold as new. If the item shows any sign of use, or not returned in sellable condition the item will not be considered new. Any items not returned in new condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Used Items

Pictures

The pictures of the items are provided by the manfacturers of the products. They are in most cases the same pictures that are printed in their catalog. The manufacture does its best job to create pictures that correctly depicts the color of the item you are purchasing. In some cases the colors in the photos may look different then the actually item received. This also could be due to the Monitor you are using. We are not responsible for any of these cases.

Full Manufacturer Warranty

We are authorized dealers for every product that we sell. Every item that we sell comes to you with a Full Manufacturers Warranty. When you buy products from an unauthorized dealer your products will not come with a full warranty and there is no way to know if the product you are buying is actually new, and a genuine product.
